We do our best to offer our customers quality products and we ensure that they are delivered with the utmost care.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a replacement , refund or issue a credit note for the value of the product(s), provided you:

Overview

Customers can return or exchange any non-personalised items* within 30 days from the date of your order.

If a product is faulty, you will be required to take photo proof of the faulty product and the packaging it arrived in, within two days of receipt of delivery and send the photo and proof of purchase direct to us at support@spicysquarediy.com . For all faulty items you will be offered a replacement or repair, or a full refund.

Faulty product shall be shipped back within: 14 days from receipt of delivery.   Cancelation can be requested within: 2 hours of purchase. Passed this delay full cancelation will not be guarantied and evaluated apon work done. Once product is shipped, partial or full cancelation will no longer be available unless proven faulty as mentioned above.  

To process your return/refund smoothly, we require to be notified by email at: support@spicysquarediy.com within the period mentioned above and with the bellow information attached.

  • Your Name
  • The order number
  • A proof of purchase
  • A photo proof of the faulty product
  • The reason why you wish to return

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Spicy Square DIY can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Special offer items
  • Digital downloads

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Item with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days from receipt of delivery

Refunds

Refunds are offered only on a product that has been found to be defective, or has arrived damaged (for delivery only), or if we are unable to exchange it due to the product being out of stock or the time required to exchange it is too long.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Any refunds will be credited back to you using your original payment method, e.g. bank transfer, online credit or credit card. A store credit will be applied if the item was a gift.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Usually it will take 14 working days to complete the refund process.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Non-refuntable situation

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If the delivery is not executed during that attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such situations.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at support@spicysquarediy.com for arrangeing an exhchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you wish to return a product, you will need to:

  • Contact us at support@spicysquarediy.com, informing us of the order number, the item and the reason you wish to return.
  • Arrange to ship the product back to us, using a trackable or signed for delivery service. Please note, you will have to bear the cost for returning the product.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
