01. Invitation cards & printing
What format are the digital cards?
All our cards are in A5 format (148.5 x 210mm) with a 300DPI resolution.
(Size in pixel is equivalent to 1754 x 2480)
What size can I print the digital cards?
The ideal printing size is A5 or A6. However, even if you print them on A4 size it will still be an acceptable quality as the resolution will be 150DPI.
Please make sure the photo you upload also have a good resolution to guaranty the best quality of the card.
Can I get my card printed out by Spicy square DIY
We currently do not have this option. All our cards will be sent immediately into your email box in digital format once checkout is completed.
02. photo uploads & library
Can other people access the photo I upload in my library?
No. Nobody but the account owner can access to your photo. Once you logged out of your account, your library will no longer be visible until you re log in. Each email account registered has its own saved library of photos.
Is my library accessible from my phone and computer?
Yes. Since it’s our editor, and since we fully integrated it in our website, each photo you upload on your library through your phone will immediately show up in you library when you login from a computer.It works the same revers way, your library will cross the platforms, mobile phone, tablet, computer.
Will my photo be saved if i close the web page?
Yes, since you created an account with us, all your photos will be saved and accessible for future designs.
03. Card editor
Can i change the font styles, size and colors?
Font parameters cannot be adjusted as we try to offer a ready made ,well color managed, template for you to fill in. If you don’t want some of the text in some areas, you can simply delete it’s content in the editor.
We suggest some location for the information such as where the address, the name, the title, etc… should go, yet obviously you do not have to follow it.
04. E-mails / digital card
I cannot see my design in my mailbox after successful payment.
Your design should arrive almost instantly in your mailbox, look for an email from “Support@spicysquarediy.com”.
Yet, as the file is High resolution it is a bit heavier, therefore, if your connection isn’t very fast, it could take a bit longer to arrive.
Also, please make sure to check your “spam” section. Sometimes, the email arrives there.
05. Account
I cannot see my activation email after register.
If you cannot see the verification email, please make sure to look into your Spam mailbox.
